This workshop will help you take a snap shot  (using Group Wisdom) of your portfolio assets, leveraging the BCG Growth Matrix. It will then enable you to select the most appropriate actions to progress your assets through the success cycle.

Main Problem: Business leaders overwhelmed and not making progress. 

First, we start with the end in mind. Framing up what outcomes you want to achieve over the coming 18 months. We then reset the approach to strategy with monthly connects to; (month 1) make decisions, (month 2) keep commitments and (month 3) reflect on change. We then repeat this battle rhythm keeping your strategy contextual.

Once you're satisfied that you have the key components in place, the team will lean into change as you'll have the means to achieve clarity and ownership from all.
